As a best practice organisation, and as part of our continuous improvement programme, we regularly review our systems and operations, and monitor feedback we receive from Environmental Bodies (EBs).
Following this, the Enrolment Form (Form 1) has been reviewed and improved including streamlining the form and removing questions that are now deemed unnecessary for our regulatory role. This mainly benefits organisations enrolling with ENTRUST as a new EB.
However, as the form is linked to the details we collect about Governing Members (eg Director, Trustee or equivalent) there is also a small change that we would like to inform current EBs of:
- When amending the details of, or adding a new, Governing Member (Director, Trustee or equivalent) EBs will now no longer need to provide that individual's employment status, occupation and employer.
