Helpline
Our Helpline is the first port of call for all enquiries about the LCF and about Entrust. The Helpline is available from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and can be reached by the contact form above, by emailing Helpline@entrust.org.uk or by calling 01926 488 300.
Regulations
Our regulations team provide information on all aspects of the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 (Regulations). They provide guidance and run our consultation programmes.
Our regulations team also deal with regulatory breaches of the scheme. For any questions relating to breaches of the Regulations please contact the breach management team.
Registrations
Our regulations team provide advice and guidance on enrolment applications, project applications and changes to projects and enrolments.
Compliance
Our compliance team carry out compliance inspections on EBs. These inspections ensure that LCF monies have been spent compliantly and EBs and projects remain compliant with the Regulations. Please email your enquiry to the compliance team.
