We are committed to continually improving our services to our stakeholders.
To achieve this we conduct an annual stakeholder satisfaction survey to understand their views on the quality and performance of the services we provide.
The 2013 stakeholder satisfaction survey is open now until 5 September 2013 and we have sent this to all registered Environmental Bodies (EBs) to gather their views and opinions on our services.
This year we have updated the survey to reduce its length and to ensure we are asking the right questions, in the right way, so we can get the best and most relevant feedback from our stakeholders.
Once the survey has closed on we will review the findings and produce and publish a report of these on our website, alongside an action plan for the year.
