We have launched a review on the usability of ENTRUST Online (EOL).
EOL allows all Environmental Body (EB) reporting to be completed online, to reduce the burden on EBs and ensure that compliance can be readily and easily achieved and demonstrated.
In line with our 2017-2020 Corporate Plan, we are seeking to reduce the administrative burden of our regulatory activities on EBs. As part of this, a three year plan is currently in place to move to full digital delivery of services via EOL.
To ensure that EOL meets customer needs we have launched a survey to identify any aspects of EOL which could be improved. We will consider all feedback and suggestions in deciding on whether to implement improvements to EOL. Any proposals to improve EOL will be subject to a cost/benefit appraisal to ensure the proper use of limited resources following the reduction in the size of the LCF scheme.
All EBs who use EOL are invited to participate in this survey by following this link. The survey will close on 19 February 2018.
