Entrust is seeking a legal services provider to help us meet our regulatory obligations as the overseeing body of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF). We need the support and expertise of a knowledgable legal firm to provide guidance and assistance in navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Scope of Work:
We're seeking a firm that can support us in multiple areas, including regulatory compliance, contract management, and HR matters. The chosen firm should demonstrate a solid understanding of these areas and propose strategies to address our specific requirements. Timeline:
The tender process will commence on Friday 9th February 2024, with submissions due by Friday 8th March 2024. Following the evaluation of proposals, a final decision will be reached by Tuesday 2nd April 2024.
