We have created a new survey for EBs to tell us about our information, advice, training and guidance resources.
We are committed to continually improving our performance and the quality of the regulatory services we provide to stakeholders. To ensure that we are making progress each year, we ask EBs regulated by us to provide us with feedback on our services.
We completed our annual satisfaction survey in June 2015. As part of our analysis of the survey we identified more focused questions about our provision of information, guidance, training events and training resources, and we would be grateful if all EBs could complete our new survey to help us refine the services we provide.
The survey should take no more than ten minutes and can be completed anonymously. The survey ends on Sunday 15 November, after this we will collate the responses and publish a report on our website.
