We have now resolved the technical issues that were affecting ENTRUST's IT systems.
We notified EBs on Thursday 18 March that access had been restored to ENTRUST Online.
Access has now been restored to all systems, including our email system. We are now in the process of responding to all emails received during that period (Wednesday 17 March to 5pm Thursday 18 March 2021). We apologise for any delay in responding to your enquiry.
