Additional reporting requirements for Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) administration charges
One of the LCF reforms announced in Budget 2016 was to reduce the level of Environmental Body (EB) administration charges to 7.5 per cent of LCF expenditure. The Government advised that failure to achieve this reduction during 2016/2017 would result in further consideration of whether to make this a mandatory legislative cap. More...
