We have published our 2021/2022 report against the ENTRUST Regulator Standards (ERS).
The latest ERS review, which was completed in 2021 condensed the ERS from 31 to 21 standards and incorporated updated Government guidance. The updated ERS further strengthen our ability to carry out an objective self-assessment, which measure ENTRUST's operations against the ERS, while emphasising the fundamental aspects of the work of the organisation.
The ongoing assessment of our work against the ERS throughout the year is key to ensuring that our regulatory activity follows the principles set out in the Regulators' Code.
As part of our self-assessment of our performance against the ERS during the financial year 2021/2022, each area of the ERS has been considered and evidence provided in support of the assessment made. The report concludes that all requirements of the ERS have been rated as completed and met in 2021/2022.
We welcome feedback on the ERS. If you have any comments, please email helpline@entrust.org.uk
