We are committed to improving our performance and the quality of the regulatory services we provide to our stakeholders. To ensure we are making progress each year, we ask enrolled Environmental Bodies (EBs) regulated by us to provide us with information on their level of satisfaction with us and our services as the regulator of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).
Our 2021 survey is now open until Sunday 4 July 2021. The survey link has also been sent by email to the main contacts of all enrolled EBs to gather their views and opinions on our services.
Following feedback in the 2020 EB Satisfaction Survey, as part of our action plan, we have reviewed the questions included in the survey and have removed or amended some areas to reduce the length of the survey. The survey should now take approximately 5-15 minutes to complete, depending on how many of our services you use, and can be completed anonymously.
If you request a response to the feedback you provide in the survey, we will aim to respond to you within 14 days. However, if you have feedback or a question which requires a swifter response, please contact us by emailing helpline@entrust.org.uk and we will respond within our usual enquiry handling standards, which are 24 hours from receipt of enquiry (during working hours).
Once the survey has closed we will review the findings and will publish a report of these on our website, alongside an action plan to respond to the key themes from the survey. You can view the findings from the 2020 survey and previous surveys on our website.
