All Annual Returns (even nil returns) are required to be submitted by 28th April 2013.
We are currently making changes to our Annual Return (Form 4) for 2012/2013. The changes ask for additional detail in the following areas: - Income derived - we will be asking for a more detailed split of income derived to capture Landfill Community Fund (LCF) income from bank interest, sale of LCF assets, and other income (such as rental or hire charges); and - Funds held at the period end - We have indicated that these funds need to be analysed, and clarified that when funds are committed to projects not yet approved by ENTRUST that the EB must have clearly identified projects for which they intend to seek approval from us. We have also clarified that winding up costs should not include any project costs. We will also be asking you to confirm that you have notified us of any changes to your EBs governing document or Directors within the reporting period. We are currently carrying out our final testing of the changes on the revised form and so we are asking you to refrain from completing the Annual Return until further notice. We will notify you when the revised Annual Return is ready by a further news item and general communication (an email to those EBs who have supplied a contact email address and a postal reminder to remaining EBs). If you have already started to complete your 2012/2013 Annual Return please save the information and await our next communication.
