Direct Funding from Landfill Operators
You may be able to secure funding directly from Landfill Operators (LOs). However, it's important to note that while many LOs participate in the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF), not all of them provide funding. To determine if an LO can fund your project, you'll need to contact them directly.
You can find a list of registered LOs in England and Northern Ireland on the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) website. LOs must be registered with HMRC to be part of the LCF. If you have confirmation that you will receive funds directly from an LO, your organisation must enrol as an Environmental Body (EB) with us before receiving any funds.
