Terms of Approval
Our Terms of Approval are the agreement between our commissioners, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs and ENTRUST for the purposes of Regulation of the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 (Regulations).
ENTRUST has been the approved regulatory body since 1 October 1996. The current Terms of Approval are in place from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2025 and replace any previous document.
