Xcel Carmarthen

To dynamically aid the transformation and regeneration of Carmarthen by refurbishing a redundant 44,254 sq. ft. former cheese packing plant in Johnstown. This will be converted into “Xcel Carmarthen”, an exciting new multi-purpose community facility which will include a state of the art ten-pin bowling alley.
