Whitland Memorial Hall – Renovation and Modernisation

The project will renovate and modernize Whitland Memorial Hall in Carmarthenshire. This will involve external and internal works including: re-rendering and weatherproofing walls; replacing the kitchen ceiling; renewing window lintels; redecorating the toilets and boiler room; replacing the back door; blocking off the window in the boiler room; replacing the guttering system; improving wheelchair access; replacing the central heating system with a modern gas condensing boiler and low surface temperature radiators; installing secondary glazing in windows without double glazing; and installing cavity wall and loft insulation throughout the building.
