Upgrade to Pavilion, Abergwili

To demolish the Carmarthen Quins RFC’s existing old pavilion in Abergwili and to construct a purpose-built new one. This will comprise a large communal area, a function room, kitchen, coach and physio rooms, toilets and storage space.
