The Heart of a Landscape – Land Purchase at Carmel National Nature Reserve, Wales

The project will first purchase a damaged and degraded area of land to extend the Carmel National Nature Reserve (NNR) in Carmathenshire. The acquired land will then be restored with the involvement of the local community, so helping to make Carmel NNR part of a continuous stretch of wildlife – rich countryside for all visitors to enjoy.
