The Elim Community Centre, Hartlepool – Refurbishment Phase 2 (5767/D)

The community centre provides a central point in the community by providing a free food distribution point, a meeting place for voluntary and community groups and includes an affordable community cafe. The project is phase 2 of the refurbishment which includes toilet installation, a lift and exterior building works. The Trust grant will contribute towards the refurbishment.
