St Lukes Upgrade

We aim to upgrade St Lukes by installing double glazing throughout the building & replacing rotten woodwork and installing double glased units, to reduce energy consumption and fuel bills. We will install a new energy-efficient boiler (to replace to 40 year old one) and add cavity wall insulation throughout the building. We will remove damp flooring and damp-damaged walls in the entrance-way and toilets and replace them with damp proofed material we will provide a ramp and convert one toilet to disabled access. The project once completed will provide the local community with an enhanced asset
