South Wales B-Lines

This project will restore and create 20 hectares of species-rich habitat for pollinating insects within targeted areas of the South Wales B-Lines routes in the counties of Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. The project will also provide nesting and over-wintering habitat for our wild pollinators, and will consider additional habitat enhancement opportunities such as the management of woodland rides and hedgerows. Volunteer task days, workshops and advice will provide local communities and landowners with the skills and knowledge to manage sites for pollinators.
