Shobrooke Village Hall Improvements

To install a disabled toilet with hand-washing facility and to refurbish the other toilets and improve insulation to comply with DDA regulations. To install baby changing facilities, adequate heating (including a new boiler) and to ensure that the Hall can be used throughout the year and to prevent futher damage to the Hall Structure.
