Ripple Parish Hall Floor Replacement

The present floor was laid on top of the former floor some years ago; date unknown. It is believed the previously existing floor (and the joists beneath) are the original, dating back to 1920. These were laid on soil. The joists are decaying, and in fact in some cases now moving. The whole floor must be removed, which also necessitates removing an internal wall. New foundations to be established, replace floor with insulation (none currently), reinstate internal wall, and electrical circuits, and finally decorate as appropriate.
