Restoring Mynydd Llangyndeyrn’s Landscape by Sustainable Grazing

To develop a landscape scale approach to the conservation of Mynydd Llangyndeyrn by implementing a sustainable grazing regime across areas of suitable or potentially suitable habitat. The area is a site of special scientific interest (SSSI) and has three special features: marshy grassland, wet heath, and dry heath. The project will, therefore, deliver valuable biodiversity benefits. It will also enable visitors to see and learn about appropriate habitat management, plus the site’s overall cultural and heritage importance.
