Replacement of central heating boiler

Garvagh development trust is seeking funding to replace the central heating boiler in the Garvagh Community Building (GCB) which is defunct. The existing boiler was installed 28 year ago, has developed an internal leak, causing a significant loss in pressure and resulting in insufficient heating throughout the building.
The GCB is grade 2 a vital hub for the community, supporting various activities, and providing rental spaces to generate essential income for the Trust. The building is used by over 15000 people annually offering room rentals for groups and running a diverse range of activities.

Replacing the boiler will ensure consistent heating across all floors, reduce energy consumption and allow us to continue providing a warm and functional space for our community activities and tenants.
