Repairs and Maintenance, Chappel & Wakes Colne Village Hall, Colchester

This is a project to upgrade the village hall in Chappel, including: external painting; replacement/repair of weatherboards; replacement of fencing; redecorating of WC’s; replacement of blown windows; provision of new curtains; redecoration throughout internal space. It also involves the replacement of an old water boiler with an energy saving hot tap and dishwasher, plus the renewal of electrical wiring.
