Provision of additional floodlights at the Carmarthen Athletics Track

Provision of additional floodlights around the all-weather Carmarthen Athletics Track. This will enable members of the Club to train throughout the winter months in safe conditions. It will also give other groups and individuals based at the adjacent Carmarthen Leisure Centre greater opportunity to use the Athletics Track and the inside football pitch.
