Pilot Composting Scheme for Green Waste: Carmarthenshire

Development of a five year pilot green waste composting plant in Carmarthenshire. Landfill Tax Credits will be used to establish the plant and pay for capital equipment and some running costs. Results to be disseminated by local college, botanical garden and the web site of the Wales Environment Trust. Registration granted subject to conditions in attached letter.
