Hendy Park, Nr Llanelli – MUGA (40088/D/TP)

The project is to fund a new MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) at Hendy Park. This is part of the proposed plans to improve Hendy Park. The aim is to significantly improve and provide a vibrant park that the people of Hendy can enjoy and be proud of. The MUGA has been identified as a desired amenity by the community. The outcomes would be to provide a new and safe play/games area for the youth of Hendy and at the same time providing the local sports teams with an all-weather floodlit outdoor training area for use all year round. It will provide a fenced off area for the local youth to partake in a wide range of games. The versatility of a MUGA will ensure it can cater for the sports teams and schools in Hendy and close to Hendy.

The Trust grant is a contribution towards the MUGA.
