Hartlepool Urban Pond Project

This project aims to extend the freshwater ecological network in Hartlepool using the parks and greenspaces as habitat ‘stepping stones’ that will support valuable populations of BAP species.A total of 8 ponds will be created at 6 sites, which will extend from Golden Flatts in the south to the Phoenix Centre in the north.
