Gisborough Priory Gardens Tree Safety Work and Landscaping

The aim is to permit access to historic gardens, 5 or 6 days per week, by opening up a previously private, overgrown and unsafe area as a new green space for Gisborough. This will permit safe and regular public access, increase volunteers’ skills, and provide an educational and leisure resource for the local community. In order to achieve this, ancient trees on site need expert attention to make safe and extend their lifespan. Volunteers will carry out landscaping work to recreate shrubberies and grass the centre of the Monks’ Walk.
