Extension Access to new Community rooms

The main aim of the project is to provide access to the newly created community facilities by installing a new lift, disabled toilets and storage facilities. We have secured support from the local community centre who support the project due to the austerity measures within the Local Authority. These facilities will be an important resource within the community as such facilities are not readily available.
The overall Cost is £78,144, we have secured support from the WRU of £15,000 and have received a conditional offer from Biffa, ref BMGS/15040 for £36,070.07 gross (including the 2.67% ENTRUST fee) of which we will receive £35107.00 after deduction of the fee. The balance of £28,037 being provided by MRFC.
We have the required planning permission from the Local Authority.
