Club & Community Pavilion Project, Carmarthen

Carmarthen Wanderers Cricket Club will construct a new 207m2 changing pavilion and clubhouse on the site of the existing clubhouse and area in front of that building. This will contain: two independent changing rooms (incorporating showers and toilet); an umpire’s room (incorporating shower and toilet); communal room; kitchen; bar and toilets. The pavilion will be of timber frame construction on a traditional foundation with timber clad finish, timber windows and doors. The building and water will be heated by electricity.
