Canoe Club House Development Phase 3 (Construction of Shell); Colt Hill Wharf

The overall development is to provide a canoe and kayak clubhouse on wasteland that owned by Basingstoke & Deane Canoe Club adjacent to the Basingstoke Canal at Colt Hill Wharf, Odiham. The clubhouse will comprise of changing rooms, showers, toilets, boat storage, clubroom, other storage and kitchen. The club has planning permission and phase 2 of the project, to clear the land and carry out some limited ground works is under way. This grant will go towards the construction of the shell for the clubhouse (Phase 3).
