Removal of existing play equipment for the 0-8 age group, make good the ground and re-turf. Supply and install perimeter fencing and gate, improve disabled access. Re-site 2 benches. Lay safety surface and replace the equipment with age and stage appropriate play equipment: 6 pieces. Remove existing obsolete equipment for 9-14 years, make good the ground, turf as appropriate, install 13 pieces of play equipment, including safety surfaces. Re-site 1 bench. To install additional facilities including 1 youth shelter and 2 pieces of exercise equipment. To make good a designated area of ground, sow seeds and plant out to form a conservation area. Install 4 more litter or recycling bins.
