Bingham, St Mary & All Saints. Repairs to interior floor

Dig up area retaining existing floor tiles. Remove approx 200 mm of ground and lay new 150 mm thick concrete slab on 1200 guage polythene membrane so proposed floor finish is level with existing floor level. Lay new york stone flags to area as shown on suitable bedding. Grout tiles and pavers to suit.
