Anlaby Park Methodist Church, Hull – Redevelopment Phase 1 (5930/D)

An extension (approx 12mx11m) containing a kitchen, disabled toilets and circulation/cafe space will be built onto the front of the church. It will enable the church to be a self contained venue for use by community groups, thus greatly expanding the available floor space for a relatively modest expenditure. Folding doors (5.6m wide) will make the extension dual purpose and increase the capacity for concerts and meetings by up to 60 seats. Disabled access, including improvements in the church, will be a key feature. The existing gas boiler will be replaced by a new more efficient boiler.

The Trust grant is a contribution towards the development of Phase 1.
