As part of the changes to project application forms, we have updated our high-risk framework to align with our revised form.

This document outlines the additional information you may need to provide to the Registrations Team when submitting a project that meets one of the higher-risk criteria.

The document has been simplified, focusing on regulatory compliance, and sections related to the previous set of registration questions, which are no longer necessary, have been removed. If you have any questions, please contact helpline@entrust.org.uk
