We are getting nearer to the new EntrustOnline system being ready, due for launch in May/June 2025. If you were not already aware, we are rebuilding our EOL platform to provide a more up to date and modern interface while saving significant ongoing costs by utilising modern platforms. The new site provides the familiar forms and functions of the old system, some simplifications where possible, in a redesigned and helpful layout.

We will soon have some training videos showing the new site and how to use it and these will be available both on this website, but also emails will be used to keep EBs informed. As an introduction, please see the following video which will set out what the new site will do and what to expect.
