The Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) supports community and environmental projects close to landfill sites.
Most funding is delivered by funders who have their own criteria. Find which funders may be able to help, who are in your area, by using this search tool.

About Entrust

Entrust is the Regulator of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF). The LCF is the name given to the scheme that allows Landfill Operators to contribute funds to community and environmental projects.

We do not distribute funding ourselves, but regulate those who do, assisting funding bodies to deliver valuable, compliant projects.

Enrolling as an Environmental Body

While the majority of funding is provided by the funding bodies found on the above tool, in some cases, an organisation is able to receive funds directly from a Landfill Operator. If this is the case, you will need to enrol your organisation with us. You can do this on the link below by registering a new Environmental Body, however, if you are unsure, please contact us to find out if your organisation need to enrol.
