ENTRUST is holding a consultation on Object D and is inviting all EBs to give their views on this topic. We would like to thank all EBs who have responded so far and would invite all other EBs to have their say.
EB Guidance Manual Revision
Updated: 02/07/2010ENTRUST has recently revised the EB Guidance Manual. This revision includes the recent changes to the Object D guidance as well as making various changes to make the Manual more user friendly and easily understandable.

EB Satisfaction Survey - Deadline Extend

LCF Whistleblowing Process
Updated: 21/06/2010It is hoped that the operation of all aspects of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) is undertaken in line with the Landfill Tax Regulations (1996). However, there may be occasions when serious concerns about the operation of the fund may arise and it may be appropriate to raise these concerns to relevant organisations, who can investigate further.
Satisfaction Survey – Deadline Approaching
Updated: 16/06/2010The deadline for responses to the EB Satisfaction Survey is 25th June 2010.
Object D Guidance Consultation - Closing date 06 August 2010
Updated: 11/06/2010ENTRUST last consulted on Object D in 2008 and HMRC advised that we should review our guidance. We have taken legal advice, reviewed our new interpretation with HMRC and taken advice from HMRC on the practical implementation of the changes we propose within this consultation.
